Home delivery of LPG cylinder will now be closed! Learn the whole matter

Gas Cylinder: Just a few days ago, the prices of domestic gas cylinders were increased by the government by Rs 50. The LPG Distributors Union (LPG Distributors Union) has threatened the government to strike. The Sangh warned on Sunday that if their demands including more commissions were not met in three months, they would go on strike.

On Saturday, at the National Session of Association in Bhopal in Bhopal, the President of the Association, B.S. Sharma (Association President BS Sharma at the National Convention) has taken this decision. He said that the proposal about the demand letter has been approved by members from various states. We have also written a letter to the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas about the demands of LPG distributors. The current commission being given to LPG distributors is very low and is not corresponding to operating costs.

Demand to increase commission in gas

In a letter on behalf of the Union, the Central Government has been demanded that the commission on LPG Distribution should be increased to at least Rs 150. The letter stated that the supply of LPG is based on demand and supply. Oil companies are forcibly sending non-domestic gas cylinder to distributors without any demand, which is against legal provisions. It should be stopped immediately. There are also problems in the distribution of LPG Cylinder of Ujjwala scheme. In the letter, the Sangh has made it clear that if their demand is not met within 3 months, they will go on a long strike.

Domestic gas cylinder increased by 50 rupees

The government has increased the price of gas cylinders by Rs 50 on April 7. After which the price of gas cylinder in the country's capital Delhi has increased from Rs 803 to Rs 853. Also, the price in Kolkata has increased from Rs 829 to Rs 879, in Mumbai from Rs 802.50 to Rs 853.50 and domestic gas cylinder in Chennai has increased from Rs 818.50 to Rs 868.50. The price of gas cylinder found under Ujjwala Yojana has also been increased.
