Boiled Potato – 1 medium (about 250 grams, mashed)
Hot milk – 500 ml
Sugar – 100 grams

Egg yolk – 2 (if you want; optional)
Cornstarch – 2 tablespoons
Vanilla Extract – 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon Powder – ½ tsp
Melted butter – 2 tablespoons

Potato pudding method
1. Prepare the mixture:
Add mashed potatoes, hot milk, sugar, egg yolk, cornstarch, vanilla and cinnamon powder to a large bowl.
Whisk all the ingredients well until a smooth mixture is formed. (If the mixture has kernels, filter it.)
2. Baking:

Preheat the oven at 170 ° C.
Put the mixture into a greened baking dish and add a little melted butter on top.
Like bread pudding, place this dish in a water bath (pour water around the dish) so that it can cook evenly.
