Bollywood actor Paresh Rawal is making a lot of headlines these days due to his revelations. Actor Paresh Rawal recently said in an interview that he drank urine to cure his knee injury.

After this claim of the actor, he has become a topic of discussion among the people. According to media reports, actor Paresh Rawal claimed in an interview that his broken bones were cured by drinking his urine for 15 consecutive days. According to the actor, he did this on the advice of a knowledgeable person.

Urine in the body is mainly a mixture of waste water, which the kidneys have decided to filter out and remove the unwanted part from the body. Urine contains urea, creatinine, salts, hormones and other toxins.

These are waste products of the body and drinking them again can be harmful to health. The actor had claimed that drinking his own urine for 15 days healed his broken bones quickly. According to him, he did this on the advice of a knowledgeable person and the doctors were surprised to see the X-ray report. But medical experts and research do not believe this.

According to a report by UPMC Health Beat, drinking urine has no scientific basis and can be harmful to health.

Toxic elements in urine can put additional pressure on the kidneys and lead to various health problems. Similarly, there may be the presence of bacteria in urine, which increases the chances of infection.

According to the American Cancer Society, drinking your own urine therapy has no proven therapeutic effect on cancer or any other disease. Therefore, it is safer and more effective to seek medical advice instead of relying on such unproven remedies. Calcium is essential for bones. Apart from this, there is no such component in urine that is responsible for the formation of bones. Therefore, orthopedic doctors have also rejected it.

There is no scientific basis for drinking urine or using it medicinally. It is best to be cautious of such claims and follow medical advice.
