Required ingredients to make curd capsicum vegetable:
2 capsicum (finely chopped)
1 cup fresh yogurt
1 onion (finely chopped)

1 tomato (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoon oil
Salt taste
Green coriander (for garnish)
Way to make curd capsicum vegetable

Heat the oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and add it.
Add onion and fry till it becomes light golden, then add ginger-garlic paste and fry.
Add tomatoes and cook until it becomes soft.
Now add turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder and salt and mix.
Add chopped capsicum to it and cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes.
Whisk the curd well in a bowl and put it in the vegetable, cook while stirring continuously.
If the gravy becomes thick, add garam masala and cook for 2 more minutes.
Turn off the gas and garnish by adding green coriander over it.
Premished-hot curd capsicum ready! Serve it with roti or paratha.
