Fresh green and aromatic coriander comes in the cold. You can only make chutney with coriander and green chillies, tomatoes. – Grind salt and cumin seeds in the sauce. This sauce is mostly eaten with bread, rice and parathas.

Material

  • Green Coriander- 100 grams
  • Amla- 100 grams
  • Black Pepper- 10
  • Asafoetida- 1 pinch
  • Cumin-half spoon
  • Salt- as per taste
  • Green Chilli – 4

Way to make

  • To make a spicy chutney of healthy gooseberry, first of all buy gooseberry, green coriander and green chillies from the market, then wash it well with water and clean it.
  • Now wash the gooseberry and remove its seeds and separate it and keep small pieces of gooseberry. (Drink 2 teaspoons of gooseberry juice daily in the morning and see benefits)
  • Cut the coriander as well. Just cut the coarse stalk of coriander from behind, otherwise it will grind in the mixer.
  • Add chopped gooseberry, green coriander and 3-4 green chillies (as sharp as you like) in a jar.
  • Before placing the jar on the mixer, put salt, cumin, asafetida, black pepper and a little water and close the lid.
  • Now put it on the mixer and make a paste. When this whole mixture grinds well in the mixer, take out this paste in a bowl.
  • Amla spicy chutney is ready. You can eat it whenever you want.
