Ingredients to make sweet yogurt:

Full Cream Milk – 1 liter

Sugar – 1/2 cup (or by taste)

Curd (for the era) – 1 tablespoon

Cardamom Powder – 1/2 teaspoon (optional)

Saffron – Some threads (optional)

How to make sweet curd

1. Thick milk:
Boil the milk in a heavy fried pot and cook on low flame till it remains 3/4. Keep stirring in between so that it does not look down.

2. Sugar Sugar:
Now add sugar to it and cook until the sugar dissolves completely.
If you want, add a little caramelted sugar (boora color) so that the curd looks light brown – absolutely traditional color!

3. Cool:
Cool the milk until slightly lukewarm – neither very hot nor cold.

4. The era:
Now add one teaspoon of curd and mix gently.
Put the earthen ax or steel/glass bowl and cover it and allow it to freeze for 6-8 hours.

5. Decoration (optional):
Cardamom powder or saffron can be added to taste and fragrance.
