Cucumber and Paneer Salad
Material
Cucumber – 3
Paneer – 150 grams
Tomatoes – 2
Green capsicum – 1 fine and long chopped


Green coriander – 2 tablespoons finely chopped
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
Olive oil – 1 teaspoon
Roasted cumin powder – 1 teaspoon
Black Pepper Powder – 1/4 teaspoon
salt to taste
Method
Wash and peel the cucumber and cut it into thin round slices.
Cut the cheese into small pieces. You can also grill cheese to enhance taste.
Add cheese, cucumber, capsicum and tomato to a deep pot and mix well.
After mixing them well, add lemon juice and olive oil together.
Now add black pepper, roasted cumin powder, and salt to it.


Mix everything well and add green coriander over it.
Cover the salad in the fridge for 5 minutes so that all the flavors are mixed well.
Serve it cold.
This salad is perfect for people taking high protein and low carb diet. Eating it in weight work and muscle building proves to be very helpful.
Gram and cucumber salad
Material
Boiled black gram – 1 bowl
Cucumber – 1 chopped into small pieces
Onion – 1 finely chopped
Tomatoes – 1 finely chopped
Green Chilli – 1
Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons


Roasted cumin powder – 1 teaspoon
Chaat Masala – 1 teaspoon
Black Pepper – 1/4 teaspoon
salt to taste
Green coriander – 2 tablespoons finely chopped
Method
Keep boiled black gram ready and keep them to cool lightly.
Add onion, chopped cucumber and tomato to a large and deep pot.
Also mix boiled gram together.


Now add roasted cumin, black pepper, lemon juice, chaat masala and salt to this mixture.
Mix it well so that all the spices leave your taste well in the salad.
Now put some green coriander on top and keep this salad in the fridge for a while.
