How to make almond pudding
1. To make it, wash the almonds and soak it for 4 hours, if you want, you can soak them overnight. – Peel the soaked almonds.
2. Now make a paste by mixing almonds, sugar and a little milk in the grinder. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan or pan.
3. Add the paste of the almighty and keep stirring continuously and then add saffron milk, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
4. As soon as it starts getting thick, add 1 tbsp ghee and cardamom powder and mix well.
5. When the color of the mixture starts changing, turn off the gas. Now serve it well with dry fruits, cashews and pistachios pieces.
