With the help of the above ingredients, you can prepare ice cream without milk and sugar. For this, first of all you have to freeze mango and banana. To freeze both the things, cut mango and banana into pieces and keep them in a bowl and then keep this bowl in the freezer.
After this, when you are ready to make ice cream, soak the dates in water at least 15 minutes before. This makes them soft. Now take a blender and add frozen banana, mango, and soaked dates it. Remove the seeds of the dates.
After this, blend it until it becomes a very smooth and creamy ice cream-like texture. When it is blended properly, take it out and put it in the ice cream mold.

After this, cut cashews, almonds and pistachios into small pieces and put them in this mold and mix with a spoon. Finally, keep this ice cream mold in the freezer for at least 4-5 hours. The ice cream is ready, now take it out and serve it whenever you want and win the hearts of the family members.
