These steps will be taken in mock drill
The air raid (Air Red) warning siren will be activated.
Common citizens, students etc. will be trained that if there is any kind of attack, how should they protect themselves.
Blackout will be arranged. That is, power should be shut down when needed so that the enemy does not see any goal.
Early arrangements will be made to hide important factories and locations.
The withdrawal scheme will be updated and it will also be practiced.
Such a mock drill was done in 1971
Earlier such practice was done in 1971, when there was a war between India and Pakistan. The tension between India and Pakistan is at its peak after the Pahalgam terror attack. At such a time, the instructions issued by the Union Home Ministry are very important. Pakistan is fearing that India can attack it anytime. Due to this fear, Pakistan is sometimes pleading in front of the United Nations and sometimes in front of America.
