Necessary Material-

  • 1 cup poha
  • 1/2 cup fresh yogurt
  • Salt
  • Roasted cumin
  • Mustard seeds
  • Curry leaves
  • Green chilly
  • Grapped coconut (optional)
  • Green coriander

Curd Poha How Make-

  • First of all, soak the pohe in water for 2 minutes and filter it well.
  • Now add curd and salt to it and mix well.
  • Now prepare a tempering.
  • Heat oil in a pan for tempering.
  • Now add mustard, curry leaves and green chillies to it.
  • Put the prepared tempering in the pohe.
  • Grand coconut and green coriander over it and serve on the cold or room temperature.
Vegetable Poha

Many vegetables are used simultaneously while making vegetable poha, due to which it not only makes tasty, but it is also very healthy and filling.

Necessary Material-

  • 1.5 cup poha
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 carrots
  • 1/4 capsicum
  • 5-6 beans (all finely chopped)
  • Mustard seeds
  • Green chilly
  • Turmeric
  • Salt
  • Coriander
  • Lemon
  • Oil

Vegetable Poha How Make-

  • First of all wash the poha and keep it aside.
  • Now add mustard seeds to the oil and add tempering.
  • Now add green chillies, onions and fry it.
  • Now put all the vegetables and soak it.
  • Cover and cook the vegetables until it becomes soft.
  • Now add turmeric, salt and poha and mix.
  • Finally, decorate with lemon and coriander.

If you want to eat mangoes in a different way in the summer season, then you can consider making Mango Poha. The taste of this pohe is sweet and sour. It is considered a perfect option for summer.

  • 1.5 cup poha (medium thickness)
  • 1 cooked mango
  • 1/2 cup worn coconut
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • A pinch of saffron (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
  • To decorate mint leaves

Mango Poha How Make-

  • First of all wash the poha and keep it softened.
  • Now heat ghee in a pan and fry the poha in it for 2-3 minutes.
  • Now add mango pieces, sugar, cumin powder, and cardamom powder.
  • Mix it well and cook for 1 minute.
  • Now serve the prepared poha with worn coconut, saffron and mint leaves.

Saffron Poha How Make-

  • Wash the poha and soak it for a while.
  • Now heat ghee in a pan and then fry the dry fruits till they turn golden.
  • Now add saffron milk soaked in it.
  • Now add sugar or jaggery and then add poha and mix well.
  • Cook it for about 2-3 minutes and then serve with coriander or mint.
