Ingredients to make onion paratha:
Wheat flour – 2 cups
Onion – 2 (finely chopped)
Green Chilli – 1 (Finely chopped)

Coriander leaf, salt, celery
Oil or ghee
How to make onion paratha
1. Add salt to the dough and knead soft dough.
2. Prepare stuffing by mixing onion, green chillies, coriander, celery.

3. Make dough and fill onion stuffing and roll it down.
4. Apply ghee/oil on both sides on the pan and cool golden.
5. Serve with curd or pickle.
