Ingredients:

All Purpose Flour – 2 Cups

Dry yeast – 1 teaspoon

Sugar – 1 teaspoon

Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
-
Luked water – 3/4 cup (as required)

Oil / Butter – 2 tablespoons
Method of preparation:
1. Activate yeast:
-
Take lukewarm water in a bowl (not too hot, nor cold).

Add sugar and yeast to it.

Keep it covered for 10 minutes until it becomes foamy (it means the yeast is activated).
2. Konna flour:

Add water with flour, salt and activated yeast to a large parat or bowl.

Knead soft dough.

Mash the dough for 5–7 minutes and then add oil or butter to it and lubricate it.
