This recipe will end your tension of making breakfast. Because as easy as it is to make this recipe, its taste is also amazing. This breakfast recipe is both healthy and tasty. Along with this, we will make a special tomato chutney, which is usually served with idli, vada, and dosa.

Ingredients for breakfast
Boiled rice – 2 cups
Thick semolina – 1 cup
Curd – half cup (better if it is a little sour)
Water – as required
Salt – as per taste
Chopped vegetables (carrot, beans, onion, capsicum)
Ginger (finely chopped) – 1 teaspoon
Green chili (finely chopped) – 1 teaspoon
Mustard seeds – 1 to 1.5 teaspoons
Lemon juice – half
Baking powder – half a teaspoon
The step-by-step process is as follows.
Prepare rice paste
Put the boiled rice in a mixer and add water equal to half the amount of rice to it, and make a fine paste.
Add semolina
Add the same amount of thick semolina to the rice paste. Add half a cup of curd, some water and salt as per taste. Mix and keep it covered for 10 minutes so that the semolina swells.
Prepare the vegetables
Finely chop carrots, beans, onions, and capsicum. Heat some oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, ginger, and green chillies. Then add all the vegetables and fry on medium flame for 3–4 minutes. Let the vegetables cool after this.
Prepare the mixture
Now mix the roasted vegetables in the puffed semolina and rice paste. Add half a teaspoon of salt and lemon juice to it. Finally, add half a teaspoon of baking powder.
Prepare breakfast
Apply some oil on a non-stick pan and put small pancake-like round portions of this mixture and fry till it becomes golden on both sides. Keep the flame of the gas medium. When it is cooked from both sides, remove it from the pan.
Ingredients for Tomato Chutney
Tomatoes – 500 grams
Ginger – a small piece
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Dry red chilies – 3-4
Peanuts – half cup
Mustard seeds – 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves – a few leaves
Kashmiri red chili powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt – according to taste
Oil – 1 tablespoon

Method of making chutney
Heat oil in a pan. Add dry red chilies, mustard seeds, and curry leaves to it.
Add peanuts and fry lightly, then add ginger and onion and cook for a while.
Now add tomatoes and salt. Let the tomatoes cook for 4-5 minutes.
Turn off the gas, cool and grind in a mixer. If you want, you can also add tadka on top.
Serve this tasty and healthy breakfast hot with spicy chutney. It is also a perfect option for children's tiffin.
