Ingredients to make boondi raita:

Curd – 2 cups

Bundi – ½ cup

Salt – as per taste

Roasted cumin – ½ tsp

Black pepper – a pinch

Green coriander – for decoration

How to make boondi raita

1. Soak Bundi in hot water for 5 minutes and squeeze.

2. Whisk curd and add all the spices to it.

3. Add wet boondi and serve it cool.
