Material for making Rajasthani Style Panchal Khichdi:

Rice – 1 cup

Moong Dal – 2 tablespoons

Lentils – 2 tablespoons

Arhar dal – 2 tablespoons

Chana dal – 2 tablespoons

Urad dal – 2 tablespoons

Ghee – 2 tablespoons

Asafoetida – 1 pinch

Cumin – 1 tsp

Turmeric – 1/2 tsp

Salt – as per taste

Green chili, ginger – finely chopped (optional)

How to make Rajasthani Style Panchal Khichdi

1. Wash all the pulses and rice and soak it for 30 minutes.

2. Heat the ghee in the pressure cooker, add asafetida and cumin seeds.

3. Then add turmeric, green chillies and ginger.
