Material for making corn paratha
- Boiled Corn – 1 Cup
- Flour – 1 cup
- Onion – 1
- Gram flour – 2 tsp
- Ginger-Garlic Paste-1 T Spoon
- Green Chilli Paste – 1/2 T Spoon
- Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric – 1/4 T Sprinks
- Cumin – 1/2 tsp
- Green coriander chopped-2-3 tablespoons
- Oil – According to the requirement
- Salt – as per taste
Corn Paratha Method
- To make a delicious and nutritious maize paratha, first fry it and grate it so that the whole pulp comes out.
- Now add flour to a big bowl and add sweet corn pulp to it and mix both well.
- After this, finely chop the green chillies and green coriander and mix it in the bowl.
- Then add celery and salt as per taste and knead the dough by adding some water.
- Keep in mind that the dough should be slightly strict.
- After kneading the dough, cover it and keep it aside for 15-20 minutes. The flour will flow and set it.
- When the dough is ready, apply a little oil and knead it again and knead the dough.
- Now take a flour and roll it into the shape of parantha.
- After this, heat a non-stick pan on medium heat. When the griddle is hot, spread a little oil on it.
- Now put the Bela paratha on the pan and let it cook for a minute.
- After this, apply some oil on the edges of the paratha and turn the parantha.
- After this, apply oil on top of the paratha and fry the paratha till it becomes golden brown and crisp on both sides.
- After this, take out the parantha in a plate. Prepare parathas in this way with all the batter.
- Delicious and healthy corn paratha is ready for breakfast. It can be served with vegetable or chutney.
