  • First of all, separate the chenna. For this, boil milk. -Water and milk will be separated when milk comes to a boil.
  • But if the chenna is not separated even after boiling, then you can add lemon or vinegar to it. Mix vinegar mixed with water.
  • Now filter it in a cloth and separate it. For this, you should use clean and cotton cloth.
  • Get rid of pimples, then wash it with water. This will remove staleness.- After this, squeeze the chenna well. All the water of chenna will come out of this.
  • Keep the chenna in a big bowl. Now mash it by hand or in a blender.
  • After this, add 2 teaspoons of milk powder to this bowl. It enhances the taste. Now add 200 grams of condensed milk to it. Mix all the ingredients well.
  • Now keep the pan on the gas. Add this mixture to it. Cook it on low heat for some time. You do not have to add sugar to it. Because it is already sweet due to thick milk.
  • Cook it for some time. Cook so much that it is not strict. Take out Kalakand in a smooth plate. Mix Kalkand in it. Set it well. Leave the tuber like this for half an hour. After this, cut it into small pieces.
  • Now decorate this Kalakand with pistachio and saffron. You can also serve it to guests. Apart from this, you can also make it on other special occasions.
