SBI CBO Jobs 2025: There is good news for the youth preparing for a job in a government bank. State Bank of India (SBI) has released the official notification for the recruitment of 2600 Circle Based Officer (CBO) posts. This recruitment is a special opportunity for those candidates who want to make their career in the banking sector.

The application process for this recruitment has started on 9 May 2025, and interested candidates can apply till 29 May 2025. Candidates will be selected based on a written test and an interview. The written test will be conducted in July 2025.

Eligibility Criteria and Language Requirements

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university. Also, at least 2 years of work experience (in the banking sector) is required. Knowledge of the local language has been made mandatory in the selection process, as the candidates will be appointed in the same state or circle where they know the language. Talking about the age limit, the minimum age of the candidate should be 21 years, and the maximum age should be 30 years. Age relaxation will be given to reserved category candidates as per the rules.

Know how much the application fee will be charged.
For this recruitment, candidates of General, OBC, and EWS categories will have to pay an application fee of Rs 750, while there is no fee for SC, ST and PH category candidates. Candidates can pay the fee through debit card, credit card, net banking or offline mode.
