
Career Guidance: The faculty of IIT Madras will now help students from the ninth to graduation to choose a career. For this, the institute prepared a podcast with the help of alumni. In this, students will be guided to choose a career in science, technology, and engineering based on their choice.
This podcast has been prepared by Professor Mahesh Panchagnula of IIT Madras. In the first phase, answers to questions sent in Hindi, English, Tamil, and Telugu will be available every week on the YouTube podcast of IIT Madras. Parents can also join the students in this.
Focus on agricultural intelligence and AI at the beginning of the podcast.
IIT Madras Director Professor Yi Kaskoti launched the podcast on Thursday. On this occasion, Pree Kamakoti said, We will help promising students to study their favorite subjects. We aim to help students choose a future in their favorite subjects with their passion, so that they can make a career in the field of their choice without any pressure.
He said, till now parents and students used to decide to make a career in any field without thinking, but now the child will be helped in making a future based on his choice.
In the first episode, Professor Madhura Swaminathan of ISI Bangalore gave information about Agricultural Intelligence, and Professor Balaraman Ravindran of IIT Madras gave information about AI and Data Science.
