- Coco Powder – ½ cup

- Baking powder – 1 tsp
- Baking Soda – ½ tsp
- Milk – 4 cups (lukewarm)
- Oil – ½ cup
- Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp
- Lemon juice or vinegar – 1 tsp
- Chocolate Chips – 2 tablespoons
