2. Overwinking
Thinking more on something causes sleep disturbance. Many times, the beds keep changing on the bed for hours.
Solution: Sleep should be made within 15 to 30 minutes. If it is taking more than 30 minutes, then get up from the bed and do some boring work or read the book. Keep in mind, stay away from TV or mobile.
3. Multitasking
While watching TV or mobile, eating food or talking on mobile, makes them dominate and work remains incomplete.
Solution: Try to pay full attention to one work at a time. Write in the diary about your unfinished works before sleeping and decide that they will complete them tomorrow.
4. Mobile, laptop, and TV addiction
Sometimes we see something on mobile that causes stress and sleep disappears.
Solution: Stay away from the screen at least 30 minutes before bedtime, so that sleep can improve.
5. Pillow and bed changing
Sometimes new pillows or beds cause sleep problems.
Solution: If you are traveling somewhere, then take the cover of your sheet and pillow, so that there is no disturbance in your sleep.
