As well as this huge sum, there is also £500,000 to be won in the Thunderball draw, taking place at 8.15pm. Lotto draws take place every Saturday and Wednesday, and, to play the game, people choose six numbers from one to 59 or go for a lucky dip.
For just £2 a line, players pick six numbers between 1 and 59. If they match all six, they scoop the top prize. Thunderball tickets cost £1. To win, players need to match five main numbers from 1 to 39, plus the between 1 and 14.
