Security measures for Noida International Airport

An important step has been taken to strengthen the security of Noida International Airport. Emergency exit gates and road construction has been started to meet security standards before the airport gets aerodrome license. This construction work has started after getting consent from the farmers of Dastampur village. As a result of this construction, the security system of the airport will be more effective, which will ensure the safety of passengers and employees.

Cooperation of farmers: contribution of 1000 meters of land

Farmers of Dastampur village have agreed to construct the main gate of the airport as well as an emergency exit gate and its connected road. The length of this road will be 145 meters and width will be 7 meters, which will be built in the eastern direction of the airport. The farmers have agreed to give land without any objection, so that there is no hindrance in the development work. However, this land has not been fully acquired yet, the process will be completed soon.

Instructions of Civil Aviation Department

The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) approved the project keeping in mind the security standards. According to the instructions of the DGCA, there was a need to create an emergency exit gate besides the main gate of the airport. This exit gate required land for road construction, which has been taken from farmers.

Frequency in construction process

The construction agency has started this work on Friday. Deputy Collector Abhay Singh said that there has been no hindrance in the construction work after consent with the farmers. These roads and exit gates are required to meet the security standards of the airport. Farmers Bablu, Jeetpal, Yudhishthira and others have allowed their land to be used. The process of acquisition of the land is going on, and the land will soon be transferred in the name of the Civil Aviation Department.

Through this project, the cooperation of local farmers and administration in the construction of Noida Airport is increasing. This step has been taken to ensure another security standard for the airport. Also, with this cooperation it is also clear that many obstacles can be exceeded by the cooperation of the local community for development work. Farmers’ contribution, construction work will be completed soon

After giving their land, the farmers ensured that the construction of the airport was completed on time. With the help of Yida (UP Infrastructure and Industrial Development Authority), the entire process will be completed soon and farmers’ land will be transferred to the Civil Aviation Department. Thus, this initiative can prove to be an important step for the construction of Noida Airport, which is not only necessary for security, but will also contribute to regional development.
