Material
- Paneer (Chhena) – 1 cup (fresh and soft)
- Mango pulp – ½ cup (cooked and sweet)
- Grown sugar-3-4 tablespoons
- Cardamom Powder – 4 Tsp
- Saffron – Some threads (soaked in 2 tablespoons hot milk)
- Chopped pistachios/almonds – for decoration
- Silver Leaf – Optional

Method (Mango Sandesh Roll Recipe)
- First of all, mash the fresh cheese (chena) well with hands, so that it becomes very smooth and soft.
- Now add cheese, mango pulp and ground sugar to a non-stick pan. Cook on low flame and keep stirring continuously.
- Cook the mixture until it thickened and leaves the pan. Add cardamom powder and saffron milk to it.
- Allow the mixture to cool down by spreading it in a plate. When it becomes mild lukewarm, then knead it with light hands.
- Now take a little mixture in the hand and shape cylindrical (roll). If you want, you can fill some dry fruits in the middle of it. Decorate each roll with silver work and sprinkle pistachios or almonds on top.
- Keep them in the fridge for 1-2 hours so that they are set. Serve cold-throat and enjoy mangoes in summer!
