Material:

  • Cleaned bangle
  • Wet coconut
  • red chilli
  • Triphala
  • Turmeric
  • Salt
  • Kokum
  • red chilli
  • Coriander
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Curry leaf

Action:

  • To make Bangra fish curry by Malavani method, first clean the Bangra fish and put turmeric, salt and kokum powder on it aside.
  • While preparing the masala, take a grated coconut, red chilli, soaked triphala, soaked coriander, garlic buds and finely chopped onion in a mixer bowl and grind it finely.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and add finely chopped garlic and curry leaves to it. Then add red chili powder and turmeric and mix.
  • Pour the prepared mixture in the spices and fry until the oil is separated. Then add half a glass of water as required and add kokum on top.
  • When the masala is cooked well, add kokum bangles to it and keep it covered for 5 minutes.
  • Simple bangle vaccine is ready. This dish looks great with rice bread or rice.
