Kai Havertz has said it would make him “very happy” if Thomas Müller continued his career in the English Premier League.
After 25 years, Thomas Müller is set to leave Bayern Munich at the end of the season.
Whether the 35-year-old will continue his playing career – and if so, where – remains uncertain.
Müller’s former Germany teammate and current Arsenal midfielder Kai Havertz would love to see him make the move to England.
“With him, the Bundesliga is losing a top player and an outstanding personality,” Havertz told Kicker.
“Maybe he’ll continue his career a bit longer and come to the Premier League – that would make me very happy!”
Müller, who has spent his entire career at Bayern, has so far been primarily linked with a move to the United States.
