After Virat Kohli’s announcement of his retirement from Test cricket on Monday, Rishi Sunak wrote on the social media platform ‘X’, “Sad that we will not be able to see Virat Kohli for the last time in this summer. He has been a great player of the game: a great batsman, a wise batsman, a wise captain and a strong competitor, who always understood the real importance of Test cricket.”
