Ingredients

Cold curd – 1 cup

Full Cream Milk – Half Cup

Ice cubes

Chinese – 1/4 cup

Cardamom Powder – Half Spoon

Rose water – half a teaspoon

Recipe

First of all, add milk, curd, ice cubes and sugar to a mixer. Take milk and curd very children, this will make Lassi even more tasty.

– One more thing to keep in mind that the curd is stored in the house and is very thick, which will increase both the taste and texture of Lassi.

– To increase the flavor of lassi, you can add a pinch of cardamom powder or rose water. Now blend all these things for about a minute.

– Take out the lassi in a glass or ax and put the clipping of your favorite dry fruits over them.

While serving, you can also add a little sugar powder i.e. boora from it and a little cream.

– This will increase both the taste and texture of Lassi even more. Punjabi dhaba style thick creamy lassi is ready.
