AI deployment in business faces security challenge

The global business landscape is rapidly embracing artificial intelligence. According to McKinsey, 78% of organizations already utilize AI, and 92% plan to expand their investments in AI over the next three years. Gartner forecasts that by 2029, AI agents will handle 80% of customer interactions.

However, the push toward AI has not been without setbacks. Despite widespread adoption, only 1% of companies are considered AI-mature. Furthermore, 70% of businesses fail in AI deployment, and 85% of AI projects fall short of expectations. Instead of driving success, many businesses are even struggling with incidents such as AI-induced sensitive data breaches, incorrect AI actions, and sophisticated AI attacks, resulting in serious reputational damage and financial losses.

These challenges raise an urgent question: How can businesses adopt AI safely and effectively?

Today, speed alone is no longer the key to success in AI implementation. Robust security, data privacy, and user protection are now fundamental requirements.

In response, OplaCRM—a growing SaaS company focused on AI-powered CRM and B2B sales solutions—has partnered with VinCSSa leading regional cybersecurity firm, to standardize cybersecurity for its AI solutions.

The collaboration includes several key initiatives. OplaCRM products are subject to penetration testing by VinCSS prior to launch, enabling early detection and resolution of security vulnerabilities.

VinCSS also supports the integration of password-free authentication using FIDO2-compliant passkeys, which improve both user experience and protection against emerging traditional credential-based threats.

Through this partnership with VinCSS, OplaCRM enhances not only its own security posture but also that of its customers and end users.

The two companies also engage the broader business community through educational events focused on secure and effective AI adoption. These sessions provide practical insights for navigating emerging risks, staying updated on industry trends, and developing structured roadmaps with higher security for AI deployment.

As AI becomes increasingly integral to business strategy, VinCSS and OplaCRM emphasize that cybersecurity is no longer optional—it is essential.

Their collaboration serves as a model for how technological innovation and proactive security can coexist, helping businesses harness the power of AI while safeguarding their operations and customers.
