Noman Habib, known for his breakthrough role in Main Hoon Shahid Afridi, has carved a name for himself in the entertainment industry through hard work and persistence. With multiple drama appearances and a down-to-earth personality, he has won the hearts of fans across the country. His recent appearance on the popular talk show Mazaq Raat offered a deeper look into his personal and professional journey.
During the show, Noman shared stories from his early days, recalling how he and his friends used to go door to door in their colony, collecting money to decorate for Independence Day on August 14th. At the time, some people were dismissive and even rude. However, as his fame grew, those same individuals began treating him differently—some even inviting him over for tea. This shift in attitude highlighted how success can change the way people perceive you.
He also spoke candidly about how fame changed him as a person. In the beginning, he was often suppressed by others in the industry. Assistants would blame him for their mistakes because they knew he wouldn’t retaliate, and comedians would target him on shows since he remained silent and respectful. But as he gained experience and confidence, he learned how to defend himself and command respect.
Noman didn’t hesitate to address the issue of ego among actors. He acknowledged that as fame grows, it’s natural for ego to develop. Some actors show it openly, while others keep it hidden. He admitted that even he once began to feel overly important. What helped him stay grounded was the honest feedback from those closest to him. He stressed that it’s crucial to have a circle that can point out changes in your behavior before ego takes over. His advice to fellow actors was clear: don’t get lost in the illusion of fame. Stay humble, remember your roots, and listen to the people who truly care about you.
