A young man from the police station area first implicated a foreigner minor girl in the trap of love, then took her into the world of dreams and then raped her continuously and made some photo videos and kept her in mobile. When the young man got married to another girl a few months ago, the young man blackmailed his minor girlfriend and then called his village from Pardesh.

When the victim ran away from her home without telling her parents, she reached her village to her lover’s lover, then the lover lover again and closed her room for three days and sexually abused the minor girl when the victim’s parents got accurate information about their daughter being here, then the parents reached the Havasi youth’s house, then the people of the village society tried to make the case at the panchayat level, which proved to be a crime. In the end, the minor victim along with her parents reached the police station on Tuesday and pleaded for justice from the police.

The case is from Bhagwanpur of Hariharpatti Panchayat of police station area and the minor victim is a resident of West Delhi. The minor victim said that he met Santosh alias Santu Kumar, son of Ramesh Mandal, a resident of Ward 5 of Bhagwanpur village of Hariharpatti Panchayat, in Delhi only six and seven months ago. The accused youth used to do a shop near the victim’s house in Delhi.

The two met turned into love. The victim said that Santosh alias Santu had many relations with her several times. During this, Santosh took some private photo videos and kept it on his mobile. Santosh got married in the village itself a few months ago. The victim told that when I went to Uttar Pradesh’s house a few days ago, Santosh called Santosh and said that we will divorce our wife, leave her, you come and when I started refusing, she started threatening to make my personal photo video viral, she started blackmailing me.

After which I came here and when she reached her shop in her villages, she blackmailed me and made a relationship with me at the shop, then took home and kept a relationship with me for three days. On protesting, the family of the young man and brother -in -law created the murder conspiracy. Then the victim somehow informed her parents after which the victim’s family reached here late on Tuesday night and went to find their minor daughter on Tuesday morning. The victim’s mother told that first the accused youth and her family members told about the daughter not being here and then when they met some people in the village, they told that the accused’s daughter was at the house of the accused young man, when she went to her house, she got a daughter there.

Then the people of the village society together made the panchayat sit in which the pressure was made by the Panchas to give me a fine in the form of a fine, while in the panchayat, my minor daughter screamed that the accused Santosh has raped many times, the family and the relatives of the accused have also pressurized the accused to marry my minor daughter with satisfaction and said that the second bibi of the accused can also be done.

The victim and her parents reached the police station on Tuesday and pleaded for justice from the police. The victim’s mother said that the accused youth has raped my minor daughter, we need justice. The victim’s mother told that we have also lodged an FIR for the disappearance of this minor daughter’s house, but after coming here, the matter turned out to be something else.
