According to two sources cited by Reuters, Ambani's visit to Doha is part of Reliance's broader effort to foster relationships with key global stakeholders, although no formal business or investment talks were scheduled.

The billionaire industrialist was also expected to attend a state dinner hosted for Trump at the Lusail Palace, signaling the diplomatic significance of the gathering, said the news agency.
