We are talking about Laughing, which is a traditional dish of Tibet. It is very spicy to eat. The special thing is that it is not available in many places now. In such a situation, if you have never eaten it, then prepare it at home once.

Ingredients for making a laughing sheet

Flour – 1 cup
Turmeric
Water – 2 cups
Salt – 1 pinch

To prepare the stuffing
Soya sauce – 1 tablespoon
Wai-wai noodles
Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Vinegar – 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
Sesame seeds – 1 teaspoon
Salt – as per taste
Chaat masala – ½ teaspoon
Black salt – ½ teaspoon

Method

Now, first of all, let’s know how to prepare a laughing sheet. For this, first of all, mix some salt and turmeric in the flour and prepare a thin batter by adding water.

Now pour this batter into a non-stick pan and spread it in a thin layer. You can also spread the batter on a smooth plate. After pouring the batter into the plate, place it in the steamer and cover the steamer, and cook for 1-2 minutes. As soon as it starts looking transparent, take it off and place it on a smooth surface.

Now let it cool down for a while. While it is cooling, prepare its filling. To prepare the filling, mix soy sauce, red chili powder, garlic paste, vinegar, chaat masala, and black salt in a bowl.

Now we have to prepare the laughing roll. So, for that, place the laffing sheet on a chopping board and spread the masala in it. After applying the masala completely, put Wai-Wai noodles in it and then roll the laffing. After rolling, cut it into small pieces and then serve. It is tasty as well as spicy to eat.
