On Thursday, Tom Cooper, a noted military aviation analyst and historian, expressed that both Pakistan's Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Chief of Army Staff Asim Munir are aware of their defeat. He emphasized that they understand that mere rumors will not hold up for long.
Cooper's comments were made following an inquiry about the recent visit of PM Sharif and Army Chief Munir to a military base, where they engaged with personnel by climbing onto a tank.
He stated, "They, Shehbaz Sharif and Asim Munir, are the first to know the situation. They both know they have been defeated. They both know that rumors will not be sustained and the truth will soon reach the people."
