New Delhi: In today’s health-conscious world, many people are switching to traditional grains that offer better nutrition and fewer calories. One such supergrain making a comeback is millet. Packed with fibre, essential minerals, and protein, millet is a powerhouse of nutrients that supports digestion, boosts immunity, and helps in managing weight. What makes it even more appealing is its versatility—it can be used in porridges, rotis, and even pancakes.
