Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has announced the dates of NTPC Graduate Level Recruitment Exam. According to the notice issued by RRB, the exam will start on June 5. It will run till June 23. Candidates who applied for RRB Non-Technical Popular Categories (Graduate) can check the information on the CBT-1 exam dates on the official website of the regional RRB. The link to view the exam city and date, and download the travel authority for SC/ST candidates will be made live on the official websites of RRB 10 days before the exam date.

RRB will fill 8113 graduate-level posts in the NTPC organization. Out of this, 1736 posts will be filled for Chief Commercial cum Ticket Supervisor, 994 posts for Station Master, 3144 posts for Goods Train Manager, 1507 posts for Junior Account Assistant cum Typist and 732 posts for Senior Clerk cum Typist.

This is the exam pattern.

The duration of the CBT-1 exam is 90 minutes. A total of 100 questions will be asked, out of which 40 will be from General Awareness, 30 from the Maths General Intelligence and Reasoning section. Each question will carry 1 mark. There will be negative marking, and 1/3 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.

Selection will be done like this.

The recruitment process will consist of First Stage Computer-Based Test (CBT-I), Second Stage Computer-Based Test (CBT-II), Typing Skill Test/Computer-Based Aptitude Test (as applicable), and Document Verification/Medical Examination. The selection is done strictly merit based on the above mentioned recruitment stages.
