For which mistake will the fine have to be paid?
DGCA has taken a strict stand regarding plane accidents and accidents during flights. DGCA is trying to make all airlines and airport operators focus on passenger safety. Also, any kind of air accident or incident in flight should be reported immediately, and its investigation should be completed without any delay. DGCA's new rules have been implemented in both Indian and foreign airlines. Also, this rule has been implemented on unmanned aircraft as well.
If there is a mistake here, then you will have to pay a heavy fine
According to DGCA, in case of any kind of accident or serious incident, the pilot, aircraft owner or operator will have to immediately inform the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) and the local administration. Also, it has to be ensured that the flight data recorder (black box) or any other evidence is not tampered with in any way. Also, it has to be ensured that the investigation of the incident is transparent and the real cause is revealed in the right manner.
