
Pakistani Spy Arrested: Pakistani spy Noman Ilahi has been arrested in Haryana. He was tasked to make a video of army's activities in Srinagar and send it to ISI. During interrogation, he has also confessed to targeting trains going from Delhi to Jammu. Police is investigating his diary and other contacts so that ISI's conspiracies can be revealed.
Noman Ilahi, accused of spying for Pakistan, was interrogated intensively on the third day of his remand. Centre, Army, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana's Intelligence Bureau and two more agencies of the Centre reached to interrogate Noman at 5 pm on Friday.
Noman was interrogated till late night. According to police sources, Noman has made a big revelation on Friday. He told that ISI commander Iqbal Kana had given him the task of making a video of army's activities in Srinagar during Operation Sindoor and sending it to him. In return, Iqbal had also promised to make him rich.
The Delhi to Jammu train was the target
The ISI's target was the army train going from Delhi to Jammu. Many train related videos have been found in Noman's mobile. Recordings of his talking to many suspects have also been found on his mobile. The CIA One team was also taken to his house in Begumpura market of Kairana. Passports of many people have been found from here. The people whose passports have been found have also been included in the investigation.
According to sources, Noman, accused of spying, told that Pakistani intelligence agency ISI is preparing sleeper cells in the Khadar area of Yamuna. Youths of Haryana and Western Uttar Pradesh are their soft targets.
Kairana resident and Pakistan based ISI agent Iqbal Kana has been given the responsibility for this. Iqbal Kana and his associates are in contact with many other youths. Police teams are now trying to trace these youths.
Accused Noman is being questioned intensively. His passport has been checked. His aunt and maternal aunt live in Pakistan. Some videos have been found in his mobile. Contact numbers of about 150 youths have also been found in his mobile. They have also been included in the investigation. Many agencies are interrogating Noman.
Many documents including Noman's passport were recovered.
On Friday, Haryana Police reached the house of Noman Ilahi in Kairana after taking him on remand, who was arrested on charges of spying for Pakistan and ISI commander Iqbal Kana. After two hours of investigation, many documents including Noman's passport were recovered.
The house was searched, but the laptop could not be recovered. His laptop and pen drive contain many important photos and videos related to ISI. On Tuesday, the team of Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) One of Panipat arrested Noman Ilahi, resident of Mohalla Begumpura in Kairana town, on charges of spying for Pakistan.
Nauman was working as a security guard in a factory in Panipat for four months, staying with his sister Zeenat. He was working for ISI commander Iqbal Kana.
The CIA team has taken Nauman on remand for seven days. On Friday, a 10-member team of CIA One led by SI Devraj Singh reached Kairana police station with Nauman. After this, they went to Nauman's house in Begumpura along with the local police.
The CIA team took Nauman to his house. During the search there, Nauman's passport was recovered. Nauman is being questioned during remand.
