College bus collision in Balmatta leaves 10-12 people injured

A collision between a college bus and a private bus resulted in minor injuries to approximately 10-12 people, including nursing college students and other passengers, on Saturday morning at around 7:25 AM in Balmatta.
According to reports, the college bus had been stationed along the Bendoorwell road to pick up students. As students were boarding, a private bus, hastily approaching from the Collector Gate direction, collided with the rear of the college bus.
Local residents quickly rushed to the scene to assist the injured. Medical personnel provided immediate first aid to those with minor injuries at the scene.
A case has been registered at the Kadri Traffic Station, and further investigation into the incident is underway.
