RCB has said that it will refund the full amount of the ticket to these spectators. RCB and KKR were to play a match at M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore on Saturday, but due to rain, the toss could not take place in the match, and finally, the match had to be cancelled.

RCB has taken this decision after the inconvenience caused to the spectators, and it will refund the full amount to the spectators who bought tickets for this match. Fans who had bought tickets online will get the full refund within 10 working days through the original payment source. RCB wrote in a post on its social media, 'The match between RCB and KKR on May 17 was canceled due to bad weather, so all valid ticket holders are eligible for a full refund. Digital ticket holders will be issued a refund within 10 working days to their original account used to book the ticket.' On the other hand, fans who bought tickets through the counter will have to return their tickets so that they can get their money back.
KKR's journey had ended
After the match was canceled, both teams were given one point each. RCB had reached the top of the points table with 17 points, while defending champion KKR is at the sixth position with 12 points. However, its journey ended. It is the fourth team whose journey has stopped in the group stage. At the same time, RCB had taken strong steps towards the playoffs. RCB now needs to win one match to qualify for the playoffs.
