Shah Rukh’s Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham co-star Amar Talwar recently took a trip down memory lane and shared a bunch of pictures, capturing a young SRK on a train journey from Delhi to Kolkata.

The pictures captured candid moments of the Jawan star enjoying himself with his friends. In one of the pictures, Shah Rukh Khan appears to be lost in his own thoughts and gazing out from the train door. Other photos show the actor and his friends as they wait at the station and board the train, offering a rare glimpse of the life of Shah Rukh Khan from his early days.

Sharing this bundle of nostalgia, Amar Talwar wrote in the caption, “More from that train ride 35 years ago…Delhi to Kolkata…Divya and Dipika and Shahrukh and Sanjoy and Deepak and Rituraj and Benny and Mohit, and I behind the camera.”

As soon as these photos were shared on social media, fans rushed in to take a look at the throwback photos of King Khan. One fan wrote, “Crazy to think how that goofy young man (Shah Rukh Khan) was going to rule Indian cinema one day.”

Another commented, “SRK was the main character even then.” Someone else wrote, “From here to the TOP. What a journey it must have been.” Other fans simply thank Amar Talwar for sharing such beautiful memories.

Amar Talwar and Shah Rukh Khan’s bond goes back a long time. Both of them worked at Barry John’s theatre action group in Delhi and shared the stage in some of his plays. Later, Amar also joined Shah Rukh Khan on the big screen as a co-actor in Karan Johar’s Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, where he played the character of Rani Mukherji’s father.
