Anupama is all geared up to welcome yet another grand celebration—Mahi and Aryan's wedding. What started as a friendly relation between the young duo gradually turned into love. However, when they planned to take their relationship to the next level, their families did not agree. In retaliation, Mahi and Aryan took the bold step of secretly marrying. But with Anupama's interference, the Kotharis finally relented and agreed to accept the marriage—provided a traditional ceremony is conducted.

Earlier, Mahi had only befriended Aryan in order to remain close to Prem, but gradually her behavior changed. When she saw Aryan turning against his own family for her sake, she knew he was the kind of partner she would really like. In one emotional moment, Mahi came clean about her previous motives and honestly declared her love for Aryan to Anupama in a recent episode.

In the meantime, Raghav is fighting an inner struggle as he becomes more emotionally attached to Anupama. Moti Baa, noticing his emotions, cautions Rahi that Raghav may attempt to replace Anuj in Anupama's life someday.

Badshah then announces her arrival, and to further heighten tension, Raghav walks in right behind her, creating a sudden change of mood in this dramatic turn of events.
