Twinkle Khanna, often dubbed Mrs. Funnybones for her sharp wit and signature sarcasm, lives up to the moniker once again with her latest blog post, packed with a tongue-in-cheek banter with her husband that perfectly captures her trademark style.

According to Twinkle, several reports have been making the rounds on the internet, stating that Akshay Kumar and Vicky Kaushal are fighting for a movie on Operation Sindoor.

Addressing her argument with husband Akshay Kumar, Twinkle wrote in her latest blog, “ I come across a flurry of tweets and I call the man of the house and start arguing. ‘I just read that you are fighting with Vicky Kaushal over who gets to make a movie on Operation Sindoor.’ He sighs and says, ‘It’s fake news and my leg is on fire, so I will call you later.’ He really should devise better excuses if he just wants to hang up.”

Twinkle added, “ The man of the house arrives with a bandage on his calf. Apparently, his leg was truly on fire for a scene. Nowadays, it is so difficult to figure out what is true that I look at every piece of information suspiciously.”

The film’s poster featured an AI-generated female soldier, standing tall with her back to the viewer, rifle in one hand, and with the other, applying sindoor (vermilion) to her forehead. The image was charged with symbolism, set against a dramatic backdrop of blazing tanks, fiery explosions, and roaring fighter jets, hinting at a patriotic war drama driven by grit and emotion.

But after the release, makers faced brutal trolling from the users and apologised on their social media.
