Dawn Richard , the singer of the musical girl group Dainty Kane, who accused Diddy of sexual abuse, testified in court about the physical altercations between Diddy and Cassie Ventura . Being on the stand, Richard dropped a famous singer’s name who was allegedly present during the abuse, but did nothing.

Who's the singer that witnessed abuse?According to People, Dawn Richard revealed that the alleged incident happened in a restaurant in 2010 when Diddy punched Ventura on the stomach, leading her to bend with pain. After aggressively punching, Diddy asked her to leave, and no one reportedly intervened.

Amongst those who did not react was the R&B singer, Usher, along with the musicians, Ne-Yo, Jimmy Lovine, and more, but Richard could not recall all the members.

When everyone left the restaurant, Cassie confronted Diddy about feeling embarrassed and stated that he should not have done it. “He grabbed her by the neck and popped her, slapped her in the mouth,” she testified, adding that he told her to be quiet.

“He would tell her he owned her,” Richard continued.

Additionally, the 41-year-old advised Cassie to leave Diddy, as she looked torn, and Richard could see the fear.

He attempted to kick her, she fell to the ground and went into the fetal position, literally trying to hide her head,” she testified.

After the skillet incident, Diddy allegedly threatened them, stating that they could die and go missing. “He said, ‘You could go missing,’ that we could die. I was shocked but also scared, I couldn’t believe this would be the beginning of a journey for us (with the group Diddy - Dirty Money).”
