
New Delhi. Google has released the QPR1 Beta 1 update under its new operating system Android 16, which is now available to select Pixel device users. This update is considered a stable build, which is suitable for everyday use. This includes several elements of the recently introduced Material 3 Expressive Design Language, which will make the user interface look more attractive and modern than before.

Which devices got update?
Android 16 QPR1 Beta 1 update is currently available for Pixel 6, 6A, 6 Pro, 7, 7A, 7 Pro, Fold, Tablet, 8, 8A, 8A 8 Pro, 9, 9A, 9 Pro, 9 Pro XL and 9 Pro XL and 9 Pro Fold. Google has also reported that the stable version of Android 16 will start rolling out globally from June 2025.
Large change in design: Material 3 Expressive
New design in notification sheds and quick settings in Android 16 with Material 3 EXPRESSIVE design, “at a glass” on the lock screen, now under the clock, the new variety and a new layout of the new variety and launcher and app list will be available in home screen grid sizes. Apart from this, tiles are now resigned, ie users can decide which tile is so big. The size of the tile can be changed. Brightness slider is now new and more user-friendly.
