Sharjah: In collaboration with Operation Chivalrous Knight 3, Sharjah Charity International has started a crucial project to run neighborhood bakeries in Gaza with the goal of delivering daily bread and meals to tens of thousands of impacted people, especially children, the elderly, and displaced families, despite their harsh living conditions. AED 750,000 is the project’s total monthly cost.

The executive director of Sharjah Charity International, Abdullah Sultan bin Khadem, said that this effort demonstrates the UAE’s unwavering dedication to providing emergency humanitarian aid to communities affected by crises.
He pointed out that the bakery project expands on the organization’s earlier initiatives, which included running field kitchens to provide food for the underprivileged and digging 12 wells.
Because of the severe food shortages and the limited capacity of the remaining operational bakeries, he explained, the bakery project is expected to meet the daily bread needs of 20,000 people, making it one of the largest food relief initiatives currently operating in the sector.
Based on strict Sharjah guidelines, he said, the initiative is a key aspect of the charity’s larger relief effort for Gaza, which is coordinated with field partners to guarantee that help reaches the most impacted communities. In collaboration with Operation Chivalrous Knight 3, Charity International has started a crucial project to run neighborhood bakeries in Gaza with the goal of delivering daily bread and meals to tens of thousands of impacted people—especially children, the elderly, and displaced families—in the face of appalling living conditions, criteria that uphold their dignity and satisfy their basic necessities.
