As part of India’s international outreach to demonstrate its commitment to combating terrorism via “Operation Sindoor,” one group of the all-party delegation, headed by Shiv Sena MP Shrikant Shinde, landed in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, early Thursday.
This delegation, which consists of representatives from different political parties, is meeting with leaders in the United Arab Emirates, Liberia, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and Sierra Leone in order to update them on India’s response to the Pahalgam terror attack on April 22 and its larger war against terrorism.
Shinde headed the team, which included BJP MP Bansuri Swaraj, BJP MP Atul Garg, Biju Janta Dal (BJD) MP Sasmit Patra, BJP MP ET Mohammed Basheer, BJP’s Rajya Sabha MP and senior attorney Manan Kumar Mishra, BJP leader SS Ahluwalia, and Ambassador Sujan Chinoy.
Two of the seven all-party delegations departed the national capital earlier Wednesday and set off for their destinations. JD-U MP Sanjay Kumar Jha and Shiv Sena MP Shrikant Shinde headed the delegations. Members of the UN Security Council are among the important partner nations that seven all-party delegations are visiting. Before they left, Shinde said that the squad as a whole had a fantastic chance to convey the message of India.
I’m lucky to be in charge of a group traveling to West Africa and the United Arab Emirates. I believe it’s crucial to convey to the world what India has been going through for a long time. a statement on Pakistan’s actions throughout the years, including how it finances and supports terrorists. This is a fantastic chance for the whole squad. India and Pakistan both became independent at the same time, but India’s economy has been growing while Pakistan’s sole advancement has been in combating terrorism,” he remarked.
According to Ahluwalia, India would respond appropriately to the misinformation propagated by Pakistan’s media apparatus. “Because Pakistan is disseminating misleading information worldwide, we will expose the truth about what really occurred on April 22 and what has been going on much earlier. “We will provide an accurate response to the misinformation propagated by their propaganda apparatus,” he said. The Indian Armed Forces responded appropriately to the Pahalgam terror incident, according to BJP MP Bansuri Swaraj.
“India was struck in the heart by the terrorist incident in Pahalgam. With Operation Sindoor, PM Modi and our military have responded appropriately to this. Operation Sindoor represents a fresh commitment to justice. The Prime Minister has said unequivocally that commerce and terror cannot coexist, that blood and water cannot flow together, and that whatever discussions India has would always be over the PoK. This all-party delegation is traveling across party lines with the spirit of Nation First. Before these countries, we will lay forth India’s case,” she said.
India’s national unity and unwavering commitment to fighting terrorism in all of its forms and manifestations would be portrayed by the all-party delegations. They will send a clear message to the world that terrorism will not be tolerated.
Operation Sindoor was started by India in reaction to the terror assault in Pahalgam. India targeted terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) with precise strikes. Subsequent Pakistani attack was successfully countered by the Indian Armed Forces, who also bombarded its air bases. Following a call from Pakistan’s DGMO to his Indian counterpart, the two nations have agreed to halt military operations.
