The person made this entire incident public on social media site radit. He wrote, “I was going to go from Columbia to Medelin. I had booked all the hotel room etc. there but the last time I had to cancel my journey due to medical emergency. When I demanded refund, both the hotel and the airline refused to do something like this.”

He told that on behalf of the hotel, I was told that no-conservation policy is followed here, the same answer was to the airline. Here I was going to get about $ 2500. My mind was a little sad but then I tried to ask for help from chat GPT. I put a prompt there to advocate for me. I put complete information in chat GPT and asked to prepare a letter as a lawyer.

The chat GPT soon accepted my command and searched the books of all the judicial system and wrote a letter in my favor. According to this, I sent this letter to the hotel and air line. In such a situation, the hotel refunded me the money, expressing some reluctance but the airline was still not ready to accept. The airline said that refund is possible only due to death or fatal disease.

After this, I again moved to the Chat GPT and asked them to prepare a new letter, stating their feedback. He put my side firmly, keeping my illness in front and accused the airline of biased. I sent a letter written from the chat GPT back to the airline and after about one hour, the airline refunded my money.

The person wrote, “If I had not used the chat GPT, then I had to keep a lawyer, which would have to pay the fees. Not sure the chat GPT has saved me from losing $ 2500.
