A group of folks caught in traffic near Connaught Place had an incredible experience on a typical wet day in Delhi. Instagram user Ankur Chandrakant posted a now-viral video that demonstrates how erratic life can be and how composed some individuals can remain in the face of peril.

The widely shared video shows people sitting in a vehicle as it is pouring heavily. Unexpectedly, a huge tree falls directly on top of the vehicle. Fortunately, no one was harmed despite the windshield and panes shattering instantaneously. Viewers were really astounded at how calm the passengers in the vehicle remained—no shouting, no fear, just total calm.

Thousands of people have responded to the passengers’ calm demeanor as the video has swiftly gone viral on social media. Even though they were inches from catastrophe, several made jokes about how calm they remained.

“Live accident at Connaught Place,” Ankur captioned the photo. Life may serve as an unexpected reminder of its fragility and value. Together with our NGO team, we traveled to Connaught Place today for our daily work. A large tree fell straight upon our car during a severe storm and rain because we were trapped in traffic. Although the car sustained minor damage, none of us are in danger. It could have been the grace of God. Or maybe the blessings of those helpless kids whose lives we brightened a little. I’m grateful, alive, and more committed than ever to assisting others.

Five days after being posted on Instagram, the viral video has amassed 4 million views and substantial likes and comments from people. The user said, “Best part, the driver didn’t stop vibing.” An further user added, “Insurance Company – Act of God.” “Bro cooler than actual cooler,” according to a third user.
